Project inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, Le Brouillard LLC receives your name, email address, business name, selected service and project message. We use these details to review and respond to your request and discuss possible services. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive account credentials.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in a hosted Cloudflare database through the Sites hosting platform. The inquiry inbox is restricted to the site owner. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list or confirm a booking.
Technical information
The hosting platform processes connection information to serve and protect the website. Our inquiry service uses a salted hash of your connection address for rate limiting. This rate-limit data is cleared during subsequent successful submissions after it is older than approximately 24 hours. We do not add analytics scripts, advertising pixels or marketing cookies to this website.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry records remain available for project follow-up until the owner removes them. To request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, email timo@lebrouillard.com. We may need to confirm your identity to protect the information.
If you email us directly or receive a response, Google Workspace and the relevant email providers process that correspondence. The website does not automatically send inquiry notification emails or marketing messages.
